This Skilling Queenslanders for Work project is proudly funded by the Queensland Government.
In this Traineeship program, Reclink Australia partners with A RTO to help you simultaneously study and gain real work experience in Business administration Role. This program is centred around giving disadvantaged job seekers a chance to gain an accredited qualification with invaluable work experience skills, broadening long-term employment prospects for participants.
This traineeship is fulltime (38hrs week 9am - 5pm for a 20 week period)

Min. 15 years old and no longer enrolled at school
Australian/NZ citizen, QLD resident (or on a pathway to permanent residency)
Job seekers ineligible for Govt. services such as Job Active OR who have accessed services for 6 months and remain unemployed or under-employed
Not participated in a previous SQW program
Ability to work outdoors and get to/from work
Mon-Fri is essential for early start times

In Queensland, Reclink Australia delivers Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) projects across Logan, Caboolture and Bundaberg, funded by the Queensland State Government. Our SQW programs provide opportunities for diverse groups of people who have experienced significant personal or educational disadvantage to gain a nationally-recognised qualification and relevant work experience via a paid 6-month traineeship. Over the years, our SQW programs have helped many people on their pathway to secure employment. On several occasions, our programs have been recognised at the Queensland Training Awards as leaders in the Community Training space.
Our programs are designed to give disadvantaged participants experience and qualifications in their field of study while contributing to community-based projects to help secure them long-term employment. Another aspect of the program is focused on helping participants gain essential life skills by connecting, empowering, and engaging individuals with information and community resources that will help support and build their individual and professional development.
Reclink Australia has partnered with Caboolture Showgrounds to bring the expo to life for Moreton Bay residents to enjoy.
